At Park Fitness Gym Studio, our small group classes are built on core foundational principles of fitness to help you achieve results in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Our classes emphasize strength training, core strengthening, and cardiovascular conditioning.
All Classes focus on proper form, range of motion, and mobility, our workouts are effective, efficient, fun and challenging. Each class follows a carefully designed program created by the Park Fitness Team, tailored to all fitness levels.
Work up a great sweat with a friend or make a new one while getting an amazing workout. Have the guidance, push, and structure of a personal training session but in a group class setting.
Workouts include a mixture of strength training using free weights, TRX and body weight movements, high intensity interval training and fat burning cardio conditioning. All sessions are 50 minutes long.

Level:
This small group class is a maximum of 12 people. It's appropriate for anyone who is familiar with the basic fundamental movements such as squats, lunges, pushups and planks.
Location: All Classes and bootcamps take place at 45 Hinkley Pl. (Lower level)
Entrance is located at the side door.
